This Privacy Policy explains how Tacth collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our web and Android applications.

• Google Sign-In account identifiers, name, email and profile photo.
• Phone number and generated username.
• User-created group, expense, settlement, budget, support-ticket and preference data.
• Device notification tokens.
• Diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.

• Authenticate accounts.
• Provide splitting, tracking, settlement and budget functionality.
• Sync data across your devices.
• Deliver invitations, reminders, Smart Nudges and requested notifications.
• Support users and respond to requests.
• Maintain integrity and security and improve reliability.

Tacth can open a UPI-compatible payment app using a deep link. Tacth does not process, receive, or store your bank account credentials, UPI PIN, or card details. Payment authorization occurs in the payment app you choose.

• Data is visible only to relevant group participants according to app function.
• Providers: Google Sign-In and Firebase (auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging).
• We disclose information only if law requires it or it is necessary to protect users or the service.
• We do not sell your personal data.

• We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal and security obligations.
• You can request deletion through in-app Support or by emailing tacth.official@gmail.com.
• Some records may remain where legally required or needed for fraud, security, or dispute prevention.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed completely secure.

Tacth is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy and will show the revised date. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
